绕组温度计作为一种运行监护元件已愈来愈广泛地应用在变压器产品上,投稿变压器的运行安全,对变压器的使用也有一定的帮助。统组温度计是利用“热模拟”原理间接测量统组热点温度的,主要组  成部分:温包、测量波纹管及连接二者的毛细管,组成反映变压器顶层油温的测量系统;电流互感器、电流匹配器及电热元件。
  绕组温度表主要是在一个油温表的基础上,配备一台电流匹配器和一个电热元件,通过变压器电流互感器取出的与负荷成正比的电流,经变流器调整后,通过嵌装在弹性元件内的电热元件,电热元件产生热量,使弹性元件的位移量增大。因此,在变压器带上负荷后,弹性元件的位移量是由变压器顶层油温和变压器的负荷电流两者所共同决定,变压器绕组温度计指示的温度是变压器顶层油温与线圈对油的温升之和。
  近年来,电力系统对电网稳定运行的要求越来越高,对变电站电力变压器温度计测温数据的准确度和精确度的要求也越来越高。目前,电力变压器绕组温度计测量方法有直接测量、间接测量和热模拟测量。
  直接测量是在变压器绕组直接埋设温度传感器,使用温度测量仪直接测量显不绕组温度。
  间接测量是根据国际电工委员会推荐的油浸式电力变压器绕组热点计算公式,通过计算各种参数和变压器负载电流值来计算绕组热点温度计算方法复杂,误差大。
  另外,考虑到绝缘方面的难度,直接测量绕组温度在绝缘处理上具有较大的难度,成本较高。所以,目前国内外一般都采用“热模拟”原理来直接测量变压器绕组温度。
  热模拟测量方法,是根据变压器负载损耗与负载电流成正比平方关系,而发展的一种绕组测量方法。绕组温度计在油面温控器的基础上配备一台电流匹配器和电热元件,通过温度叠加来反映变压器绕组温度,这种测温方法具有简单、适用的特点。

Indirect measurement is based on the formula recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission for the calculation of hot spots of oil-immersed power Transformers. By calculating various parameters and transformer load current values, the calculation method for the hot spot temperature of winding is complex and the error is large.
In addition, considering the difficulty of insulation, direct measurement of winding temperature has great difficulty in insulation treatment and high cost. Therefore, the "thermal simulation" principle is generally used to directly measure the winding temperature of Transformers at home and abroad.
The thermal simulation measurement method is a winding measurement method based on the square relationship between the load loss of the Transformer and the load current. The winding thermometer is equipped with a current adapter and an electric heating element on the basis of the oil surface thermostat, which reflects the winding temperature of the transformer through temperature superposition. This method has simple and applicable characteristics.
